Tsega Meshesha, MS is a public health research specialist who designs evidence-based solutions to improve health outcomes. Having worked both domestically and internationally, she prides herself on being a trusted client advocate. Her work combines quantitative and qualitative data to drive resource investment decisions, program development, and policy changes. She is a communicative team player who thrives in collaborative environments and has the ability to lead complex projects within time and budget constraints. Ms. Meshesha is passionate about healthcare reform across Africa. Her long-term goal is to earn a terminal degree in health policy and management, with a focus on health systems strengthening and mitigating health disparities in sexual and reproductive health. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and in 2018 completed a Master’s degree in Health Services Research from Boston University School of Public Health.
