We are pleased to announce that Marisha (Mara) Palm, MSC, PhD has joined our research team at the Center for Biomedical System Design. Mara has played a leadership role in our work with the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute focused on applying our NEWDIGS Design Lab methods to innovations in clinical effectiveness trial designs since 2018. The Design Labs welcomed applications from individuals across the 60+ academic medical centers within NIH’s Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program, and engaged hundreds of expert interest holders from around the country. Mara’s work with us will focus on advancing our NEWDIGS collaborative innovation processes, tools, and real-world application methods.
