Real World Data and Evidence in the rheumatoid arthritis learning ecosystem
In the fourth LEAPS Design Lab, innovators and leaders across the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) research and patient care stakeholder spectrum explored the challenges and potential value of RWD and RWE in the LEAPS pilot project for a “learning engine” that can produce better evidence-driven outcomes for patients in ways that are more efficient for the system.

Recent Research: Downstream Innovation Part I: Strategic Perspectives and the Case for LEAPS
There is a growing recognition of the importance of augmenting product- focused learning with disease-focused learning, incorporating the value of advances in real-world evidence (RWE). In LEAPS, we aim to define the collaborative space for disease-focused RWE production. Part II will be published in early 2020.
