To improve drug regimen use, we propose an adaptive point-of-care (APoC) platform trial for robust real-world evidence (RWE) production, addressing uncertainties post-market. Using rheumatoid arthritis as a case study, this trial integrates adaptive clinical trials and routine clinical care into a sustainable platform. Engaging key stakeholders and focusing on meaningful research questions and metrics are crucial for its success, with the potential to enhance clinical decisions and operational efficiency.
