On October 29 Dr Hirsch participated in a panel discussion titled, “Flipping the Script: Designing the System to Deliver for Patients” in Washington, DC. The diverse panel covered the challenges of unifying innovation efforts and looked ahead to new strategies to achieve patient centricity. 

“Nothing in the system [today] is oriented around the patient journey,” observed Dr Hirsch. “It’s the patient journey that really matters and can be a more meaningful unit of impact.”
