December 2019 marked the transition from the LEAPS two-year design and feasibility assessment phase to the rollout of the rheumatoid arthritis in Massachusetts (RA MA) Pilot. Some important themes surrounding Downstream Innovation emerged that have helped us define next steps in implementation.
